Good to know
It's off the tourist route. Sleat is the quiet corner of Skye and that's the whole point.
The kitchen is properly equipped – oven, induction, dishwasher, decent coffee setup and more.
Rainy days work here. Fire on, book open, storm rolling over the water outside. It's a good look.
Shops are a drive: nearest convenience store around 15 minutes, anything bigger further.
What stood out
The view, all day long. The tide going out and coming back in, sheep wandering past, rain and a grey churning sea, then the evening light. You end up just watching it.
