Simple setup: bedroom upstairs, kitchen and living room below – the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake is where you'll spend most of your time.
Private park surrounds the property, good for short walks without going anywhere.
Ponta Delgada is close enough for a day in the city.
Rent a car – you'll want to explore the island, and there's no other way to do it properly.

The view from the terrace. Inside a volcanic crater, lake in front, everything green. One of the more unlikely places I've ever had morning coffee.
